Aleksey Vyruchaev is a partner and an attorney of “Yukov and Partners”.
He graduated from the State Academic University for the Humanities in 2006.
He worked at the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences from 2004 to 2015, where he took part in the development of drafts of the Fourth Part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, federal laws “On the procedure for considering applications from citizens of the Russian Federation”, “On the Russian Academy of Sciences, reorganization of state academies of sciences and introduction amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation”, “On innovation activity and state innovation policy”, draft federal laws on amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, federal law “On Science and State Scientific and Technical Policy”, etc.
He has been with “Yukov and Partners” since 2015.
He became an attorney in 2017.
