Viktoria Daudrikh is a Senior partner and an attorney of “Yukov and Partners”.
She graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2003. Since 2005 she worked in “Crisis control center” law firm. Her experience of representation of legal entities’s interests in arbitrazh courts and general jurisdiction courts in various sectors of law is more than 12 years. She became an attorney in 2010.
She specializes in civil and arbitrazh procedural law, civil law, specifically contractual law, property, corporate and contract law, bankruptcy.
She advises and conducts cases in arbitrazh and civil courts of all judicial instances; carries out legal examination of documents, evaluates legal risks; prepars legal opinions for various issues of economic activities of organizations, law enforcement and draft laws.
