In 1999-2004 Alina held the position of a lawyer, head of legal Department of a commercial Bank, was a member of the Board. Working in commercial Bank she has become an expert in the field of banking, securing the transactions of the Bank, interests of banks in bankruptcy procedures of credit organizations. She was also responsible for the development and implementation of internal control rules for the prevention of legalization of proceeds derived from criminal activity, and financing of terrorism.She also worked on interaction with state authorities.
In 2004-2005 Alina provided legal services to the “Russia” TV Channel, publishing house “Eco-Press” working on general legal issues and questions related to the use of results of intellectual activity. Working for the channel and publisher she have gained competent knowledge in the field of legal support, use and protection of intellectual property, legal regulation of intellectual activity in the Russian Federation.
In 2005 she became an attorney. In 2006 she was involved as an invited expert to meetings of the Commission on human rights of Association of lawyers of Russia.

Since 2012 Alina is an attorney, project director of “Yukov and Partners”, head of intellectual property and results of intellectual activity department, leading specialist in the sphere of disputes arising from the activities of banks and other lending institutions, leading specialist in the sphere of disputes concerning industrial construction and engineering in oil & gas and energy industries.
