Mikhail Voronin is a practicing lawyer, an attorney with more than 20 years of experience.
From 1994 to 1997 he worked as a tax law expert in tax examinations department of economic and legal advice and business information Agency “Economics and Life”, at the same time he started to protect the rights of taxpayers in arbitrazh courts of Moscow and other Russian regions. Since 1995 Michael is also involved in civil cases in courts of general jurisdiction.
In 1996 Mikhail took a position of Deputy Director General of the Legal Center of “Economics and Life”.
In 1997, together with partners he founded the law firm “Legal Analyst”, in which he worked as a Managing Director and a practicing lawyer. In the late ’90s he represented the interests of large commercial bodies in a number of resonant arbitration cases.
Since 1997 till 2006, Mr. Voronin was the chief editor of “Ai-Ge-Urist” (Russian legal newspaper) – a subsidiary of the newspaper “Economics and Life”.
In 2000 Michael received the status of the attorney and at the same year and till March 31 2016 he was an attorney of the “Moscow City Bar Association.”
Since 2001, Michael leads the criminal cases, protecting mainly entrepreneurs and managers of commercial organizations, who are accused of crimes in the sphere of economic activity.

Michael specializes in criminal law and criminal procedure, civil law and tax. He has a number of publications in the media, including legal publications. Michael also participates in various television programs on the central TV-channels.
