Sergey Sorokin is a partner, attorney and project director.
In 1998 he graduated with honors from Far eastern federal university, specialized in law. Sergey has 17 years of legal practice in legal departments of leading Russian companies (including the largest metallurgical enterprise) and legal consulting.
Specialization: representation and protection of clients’ interests in arbitrazh courts and courts of general jurisdiction; corporate law; bankruptcy; property. Sergey is an expert in the field of procedural law, representation in civil and arbitrazh proceedings.
Sergey has conducted about 200 cases, over 90% of which were resolved in favor of the client.
