Marina Krasnobaeva is a partner and an attorney of “Yukov and Partners” since 2010.
She specializes in structuring and advising on real estate transactions and complex infrastructure projects, as well as conducting litigation in the field of real estate and construction.
She has a unique experience in support of complex projects related to the disposal of state and municipal property as well as investment projects and manages projects in public-private partnerships.
She has an extensive experience in litigation including disputes concerning the right of property, challenging transactions, disputes arising of construction contracts, challenging actions and decisions of public authorities, including the seizure of property and land in public ownership, change of permitted use of land plots, challenging the cadastral value of land plots. Marina represented clients in the Supreme Arbitrazh Court of the Russian Federation in a number cases that are important for the development of judicial practice.
She has been recognized as a leading specialist on the russian market in the sphere of real estate, including by international rating Best Lawyers (in 2014 and 2015).
She regularly comments and takes part in various russian and international publications, including the World Bank’s project Doing Business.
In 2006 she graduated with honours from Moscow State Law Academy (MGYuA) specialized in law. In 2010 she got a master’s degree in private law at the Russian school of private law.
She is a member of the lawyer chamber of Moscow since 2013.
