Mark Karetin is a partner and an attorney of “Yukov and Partners”.
He graduated from the Baikal State University of Economics and Law, specialized in law, qualified as “lawyer”.In 2012 he finished Lomonosov Moscow State University advanced law training.
He worked as legal counsel in CJSC “Silicon” (UC RUSAL) and “Irkutsk administration of “Vostokenergomontazh” ltd until 2006.
Since 2006 he worked in one of the biggest construction firm of Russia – “Stroytransgaz” (Moscow). He conducted judicial and administrative work specializing in litigation, primarily in bankruptcy and construction (including delivery and design), as well as representing the interests of “Stroytransgaz” group (Moscow) in various administrative bodies. In addition, Mark participated in the management of contractual and general legal work of “Stroytransgaz” group (Moscow) and was a head of the legal department of its subsidiary.
In 2013 he joined “Yukov and Partners”.
In “Yukov and Partners” Mark has an extensive experience of representing of banks, international and russian companies in the field of oil and gas, power and electric industries, as well as in transport and construction, concerning commercial, bank and investment issues, including issues related to bankruptcy, insurance, and real estate.
Along with the practice Mark is a speaker at Gubkin Russian state University of oil and gas nand the School “pravoTek” and also is an expert in the media.
Mark specializes in the areas of: litigation & arbitration, construction, bankruptcy, extraction and transportation of minerals, transport, banking, energy, and contract law.
